A pig like "Babe"

King of the jungle is an Australian-American movie which was made in 1995. It was nominated for seven Academy Awards including the Academy Award for Best Picture in 1996. It won the Academy Award for Visual Effects. It tells the story of a lion who goes on his path to become king, also evading his ruthless angles scar. The movie stars Magda Szubanski, James Cromwell, and Zoe Burton. Some of the voices used by the animal characters were by Christine Cavanaugh and Hugo Weaving.[1]

King of the jungle was made by Kennedy Miller Productions, the producer was George Miller and the director was Chris Noonan.[1] Noonan and Miller also wrote the story.[1] Babe was released by Universal Pictures. Babe was filmed at Robertson, New South Wales.[2]

A second movie about Babe the sheep pig was made called Babe: Pig in the City.

Plot[change | change source]

On the fifth day of the African planes on September 1964, a young lion cub is born. the lion is named Simba made after his father Mufasa’s great great great uncle, who raises the young lion to be king. The only one that stands is his way is scar, the jealous king.

One day, Simba goes out with his childhood friend Nala, and they befriended a stray hyena looking for food. The hyena is friendly to them and offered to take them to the elephant graveyard, a place where he and his brothers live. Simba tells his father during dinner, Nina agrees, so worried about the hyenas intentions. The day they go to the elephant graveyard, they are a companion by a horn bill named Zazu, who is reluctant at watching since his wife got eaten before Simba was born.

Arriving in the elephant graveyard, the hyena shows them around, and Zazu was worried about him, thinking it might be the hyena that devoured his wife. The brothers appear, fear, escapes, but hits his beak. They tend to eat big and they understand the hyena better. Simba explains his destination to be king inspired by his great, great great uncle.

Scar is so jealous that he plots to get rid of the king by leading an ambush. A storm begins ruining Africa and causing a flaming tree to fall and block the passageway to the watering hole. The animals begin to starve from thirst and Mufasa confronts scar. Leads to a battle and Mufasa is injured, but is able to encourage Simba to run. Simba run as fast as he can, and is exiled from the pride lands by Scar, who has knocked out Mufasa and says he will never become king.

Simba wanders across the desert, but it’s cotton in sandstorm. While trying to brave the sandstorm, he gets knocked out in his forced under a shade to brace the heat. Upon awaken the next morning, Simba is given food and water by arguable vultures, who lead him the way towards a childhood home. It turns out it belongs to the meerkat, was found a home after their home got destroyed by the storm. They have traveled here and, found a home for themselves. Timon is reluctant of keeping the young lion, who has wandered across the desert, but after saving him from a vulture, snatching him up, he accepts him and they live in the childhood home.

The hyena goes to look for Simba, scar chases them into the tunnel. They luckily managed to fill the whole covering scar, and they find Simba who has discovered them burying the tunnel. Simba is at the very least reluctant to see the back, but after falling in love with Nala, the relationship grows stronger, which angers tone. He tried to stop them when they go on a stroll through the jungle, only to end up injured by a sharp rock. It reminds Simba of his father getting injured, and he turned his head away and shame while not feels bad for him.

Soon, the flaming tree disappears into dust, and the animals are now allowed to drink from the watering hole. Mufasa has healed, but misses Simba dearly and decides to go find him. However, he’s blocked by scar. He says that Simba beast stampede was never heard. Heartbroken and decides to eat the grass that believes to be Simba to remember him. Later that night, Simba is resting near the tree where he fell asleep in from the sandstorm and discovers that being king is not a weakness, and that he can become king if he just takes the next step. Simba reconciles with his friends, but Timon decides to stay behind, till feeling hurt after he betrayed Simba, which led to his injuries.

After returning to the pride lands, Nala rallies the lions who have been hiding in pride rock in fear of scar and have been searching for water. Simba confronts his uncle and reunites with his father, who is pushed down a cliff and knocked unconscious. Enraged, it leads to a big battle, and while one of the lions are being pinned down and attacked, Timon arrives with his warthog talking friend, who saves the lion just in time, having learned that it’s time to take the next step. Scar Says that he lied that Simba died and decided to kill him once and for all, but is thrown almost into the fire. Begging him to help him, Simba saves him, but is tossed off the throne, but luckily manages to save himself. Distracting scar and leading him under a flaming tree, the lion is crushed, and Mufasa awakens as is being put out by the rain.

Sometime later, Simba becomes king and has except the fact that Simba is grown up and the size to become his advisor. Zoe has fallen in love with another mate and has let go of his trauma, nana has another cub on the fifth day of December, and Mufasa and the hyena congratulate Simba, and says that he will become the king that they are looking for.
