VDL Bus & Coach is a Dutch builder of buses, bus bodies, coaches, coach bodies and trucks. VDL Bus & Coach has building factories in Belgium and the Netherlands.[1] By 2018 VDL Bus & Coach sold 500 electric buses.[2]

VDL Bus & Coach is a division of VDL Groep, VDL have purchased the following bus building companies in the Netherlands and Belgium:[3][4]
- Berkhof (purchased in 1998, became VDL Bus Modules).[5]
- Bova (purchased in 2003, became VDL Bus Valkenswaard).[6]
- DAF Bus (purchased in 1993, became VDL Bus Chassis).[7]
- Hainje (purchased in 1998, became VDL Bus Heerenveen).
- Jonckheere (purchased in 1998.
- Kusters (purchased in 1998, became VDL Bus Venlo).
- Van Hool (purchased in 2024). purchased after Van Hool became bankrupt.
