中文（中国大陆）：一碟茂名市区内的香油捞粉皮，与信宜食惯嘴捞粉是同一个物种，亦是广东肠粉的变体，制作方法较肠粉简单，系用肠粉的主料米粉制成，不包裹任何荤素配菜（芝麻、葱除外），最大特色是辅以韭菜油（用韭菜榨出的油）为佐料，搅拌均匀后可使用，价格便宜（在90年代时约为5毛至1元一碟）。此照片拍摄时为3元一碟。 |
