Hi, I saw your message about talk page access. It is generally better for admins to not revoke talk page access for their own blocks, so I try and avoid this where possible. You'll notice they've now stopped, so it's probably not necessary to revoke the talk page now, but as long as they're left alone and aren't actively making disruptive changes, TPA can usually be handled by another admin later on.
