What are 'Human Proteins' in this context?

There is a chart of amino acids and one of the columns is % found in human proteins. Does this mean proteins of the human body? Or does it mean proteins humans are likely to ingest (which would be odd as cultures differ in foods)? Palyne (talk) 12:37, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
