Óscar Serrano González

Óscar Serrano González (born October 12, 1973 in Madrid) is a track and field athlete from Spain. He has a vision problem, and he is a T12/B2 type athlete. He competed the 2000 Summer Paralympics. He finished third in the T12 1,500 meter race.[1]
