100 Mile House is a Canadian town and district municipality in British Columbia, Canada. 100 Mile House is in the South Cariboo region of British Columbia. The population of 100 Mile House was 1,886 at the 2011 census.[2]

It was first called the Bridge Creek House after the creek that runs through the area.[3] It is known for the many types of birds and for the nearby lakes for boating and fishing, including the Lac La Hache, Canim Lake, Horse Lake, Green Lake, and Bridge Lake. About 8 miles away from 100 Mile House is 108 Mile Ranch.
