The 2012 FIFA Puskás Award was the fourth FIFA Puskás Award. It was awarded on January 7, 2013, during the 2012 FIFA Ballon d'Or Gala in Switzerland. Fenerbahçe player Miroslav Stoch was the winner of the award, for his goal against Gençlerbirliği during 2011–12 Süper Lig season.
