Adam Gregg (born April 26, 1983) is an American politician. He was the 47th Lieutenant Governor of Iowa from 2019 to 2024. From 2017 to 2019, he was acting Lieutenant Governor of Iowa. Gregg was the Republican nominee for attorney general in 2014. He is a member of the Republican Party.[1]

Gregg resigned on September 3, 2024, effective immediately, to become president and chief executive officer of the Iowa Bankers Association.[2]

Gregg was born in Hawarden, Iowa. He studied at Central College and at Drake University Law School. Gregg is a former Public Defender of Iowa.[3]
