Alan Scott Frumin (/ˈfruːmɪn/; born December 26, 1946) is an American lawyer. He was the parliamentarian of the United States Senate from 1987 until 1995 and from 2001 until 2012.
In November 2011, Frumin was included on The New Republic's list of Washington's most powerful, least famous people.[1]
