Albay (province)

Albay (Central Bikol: Probinsya kan Albay; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Albay; Spanish: Provincia de Albay) is a province located in the Bicol Region in southeastern Luzon of the Philippines. The capital is the City of Legazpi.
