Alex McCool

Alex A. McCool Jr. (December 10, 1923 – July 14, 2020) was an American scientist. He was a manager of the Space Shuttle Projects Office at the NASA George C. Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. He worked on several space developments including Skylab and the Space Shuttle program. He was born in Daytona Beach, Florida.

McCool died on July 14, 2020 in Huntsville, aged 96.[1]
