Alice Harnoncourt (née Hoffelner; 26 September 1930 – 20 July 2022) was an Austrian classical violinist. She was the wife of Nikolaus Harnoncourt. Her works were known as historically informed performance. She worked for Concentus Musicus Wien.

Harnoncourt died on 20 July 2022 in Vienna, Austria at the age of 91.
