Alister William Jack DL[3] (born 7 July 1963) is a British politician. He was the Secretary of State for Scotland from 2019 until 2024. He is a member of the Scottish Conservatives, he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Dumfries and Galloway from 2017 until 2024 .[4][5][6]
