Andrei Viktorovich Trefilov (born August 31, 1969) is an Russian retired professional ice hockey goaltender. Trefilov played 54 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played with the Calgary Flames, Buffalo Sabres, and Chicago Blackhawks.

He played 127 games in the IHL with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, Indianapolis Ice, Detroit Vipers, and Chicago Wolves. He also played 43 games in the AHL with the Saint John Flames and Rochester Americans, as well as 247 games in the DEL with the Duesseldorf EG and DEG Metro Stars.

He played for the Unified Team that won the gold medal at the 1992 Winter Olympics. He also played for Russia when they won the silver medal in the 1998 Winter Olympics.
