Andrew N. Ferguson is an American lawyer and Republican politician who has been the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission since 2025. He has been a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission since 2024. He was the solicitor general of Virginia from 2022 to 2024.[1]

In December 2024, President-elect Donald Trump nominated Ferguson to be the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission.[2]
