The attorney general of New Mexico is the state attorney general of the U.S. state of New Mexico. The attorney general carries out official duties with prosecuting crimes through the New Mexico Department of Justice.[1]
Raúl Torrez is the 32nd and current attorney general of New Mexico, in office since January 2023.[2]
