Bee swarm simulator is a game on Roblox where you can grow your own swarm of bees, collect pollen, and make honey.

What you can do in the game

1. Collect Pollen: Venture into the world as a beekeeper and gather pollen from flowers. The more bees you have, the faster you can collect pollen.
2. Make Honey: Use the collected pollen to create honey. As your hive grows, you’ll be able to explore higher areas of the mountain.
3. Meet Friendly Bears: Interact with friendly bears, complete their quests, and earn rewards.
4. Defeat Bugs and Monsters: Utilize your bees to battle dangerous bugs and monsters.
5. Search for Hidden Treasures: Explore the map to find hidden treasures.
6. Discover New Bee Types: Each bee has its own unique traits and personality.

Special events and Limited items

1. Retro Swarm Challenge: This custom experience was part of Roblox’s 2024 “The Classic” Event. Players could earn special event badges by defending hives from monsters. The challenge is a permanent addition and will be refined over time.
2. Event Bees: During various events, you can obtain unique bees with special abilities. Some popular event bees include the Tabby Bee, Photon Bee, Festive Bee, and the Crimson and Cobalt Bees.
3. Star Jelly and Gifted Eggs: These rare items can transform your bees. Star Jellies are like Royal Jellies but grant gifted bees, while Gifted Eggs directly hatch gifted bees.
4. Event Codes: Occasionally, there are event-specific codes that provide rewards. For example, the code “5Years” grants various items like Honeyday Event rewards, Super Smoothie Buff, and more.

Gifted bees

In Bee Swarm Simulator, gifted bees are a special type of bee with improved stats and a unique buff called a “Gifted Hive Bonus.” Here’s how you can obtain them:

1. Royal Jelly or Egg Hatching:
   • Every time you use a royal jelly or hatch an egg, there’s a 0.4% (1 in 250) chance to get a gifted bee.
   • Feeding a bee its favorite treat also has a chance to turn it into a gifted bee:
     • Rare bees: 0.0125% (1 in 8000)
     • Epic bees: 0.01% (1 in 10000)
     • Common and Legendary bees: 0.0083% (1 in 12000)
     • Mythic bees: 0.00417% (1 in 24000) per favorite treat.
   • Feeding a bee a gingerbread bear has a 1% (1/100) chance of turning it into its gifted version.
   • Feeding an aged gingerbread bear has a 1.1% (1/90.909091) chance of the same transformation.
   • Star treats always turn a chosen bee into its gifted version.
   • Star eggs hatch into a non-event gifted bee unless you already have all non-Event bees in their gifted forms.
   • Star jelly turns the chosen bee into a random non-Event gifted bee (similar odds to a royal jelly).
2. Effects of Gifted Bees:
   • Equipped with a new color scheme, stained wings, and a star on its back.
   • x1.5 gather amount, x1.5 convert rate, and x1.5 attack.
   • Gifted Hive Bonus specific to each bee (varies).
   • Improved certain passive abilities.
   • New ability token: [Inspire] doubles pollen gained for 5 seconds (up to x51 bonus).
   • Glowing gold hexagon around its hive slot.
3. Star Hall:
   • Located above the Noob Shop, it allows you to generate Star Amulets, claim royal jellies, and receive Haste+ for 1 minute based on your gifted bees.
