Santiago Cathedral (Spanish: Catedral de Santiago; Basque: Donejakue Katedrala) is a Catholic cathedral in the city of Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain. It was originally built as a Gothic church in the late 14th century.[1] After a fire in the 1500s it was rebuilt. It was officially given the status of a cathedral in 1950.[2]
