Bobby-Lamont Clark (born February 7, 2005 in Epsom) is an English footballer. The midfielder plays for FC Red Bull Salzburg in the Austrian Football Bundesliga.
Career
[change | change source]Clark started in the youth department of Newcastle United. His father Lee was also a professional player there. In 2021 he moved to Liverpool FC's youth team. He played for the U21 team and also played with the U19s in the UEFA Youth League. At the beginning of the next season he was nominated for the A team's matchday squad for the first time. On the fourth matchday he made his debut in the Premier League against AFC Bournemouth.[1] The player continued playing for the U19 and U21 teams in the 2022/23 season.
After 14 appearances for Liverpool, Clark moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Red Bull Salzburg in August 2024.[2]
International
[change | change source]Clark played two games for the England U15 and one game for the U16 national team between 2019 and 2021. In September 2022 he debuted for the England U18s. In September 2023 he debuted for the U19 team.
