Brussels sprouts are a green vegetable. They are small cabbages that can be used for salads or other recipes.[1] They have almost the same nutrition as cabbage in carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. As with other cabbages, they can be either steamed or roasted. They have a lot of fiber.[2]
