Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Japanese: 田川 洋行, Tagawa Hiroyuki; born September 27, 1950) is a Japanese American actor, movie producer and martial artist.[1] He often plays villains. He is also a Russian citizen and a convert to the Russian Orthodox Church. He played Chang in The Last Emperor, Morishi in Babylon 5, the voice of Sin Tzu for the video game Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, and the evil mastermind Heihachi Mishima in Tekken. He played Nobusuke Tagomi in The Man in the High Castle television show.
