Cesana Brianza is a comune in the Province of Lecco in the Lombardy region in Italy.
The "Larian Triangle" includes the area of Cesana Brianza, which is situated on the southern slope of Mount Cornizzolo, close to Lake Pusiano. It is a component of Valle San Martino, a mountain community in Lario Orientale.
