Charles Brantley Aycock

Charles Brantley Aycock was an American Democratic Party politician. He was the governor of North Carolina from 1901 to 1905. While he was governor, a number of reforms were carried out[1] affecting areas such as welfare,[2] child labor, and education.[3][4]
