Charles N. Haskell

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Charles N. Haskell was an American Democratic Party politician. He was the governor of Oklahoma from 1907 to 1911. While he was governor, many progressive social reforms were carried out,[1] including ones aimed at improving working conditions.[2] Controversially, however, a bill aimed at abolishing child labor in the state was vetoed.[3]
