Christine Lambrecht (born 19 June 1965) is a German lawyer and politician. She is a member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). She was the Minister of Defence in the government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz from 2021 to 2023.
In the government of Chancellor Angela Merkel, Lambrecht was Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection (2019–2021).[1]
