The Alexander Dennis Enviro400 is a double-decker bus and chassis. It has a low-floor. It was built by Alexander Dennis from 2005 to the present day.
First generation (2005–2010)[change | change source]
The first generation Enviro400 was built in 2005, It was built as a bus and as a chassis.
The Enviro400 chassis could be built on East Lancs Myllennium Lolyne, Optare Olympus and Scania N-series (N230UD[2] and N280UD[3]), Volvo B7TL and Volvo B9TL[4] bodies.

Second generation (2008–2018)[change | change source]
The second generation Enviro400 was built in 2008. It had white LED daytime running lights underneath the headlights, new front bumpers and the emergency exit door was in a different place.
