Dietrich Weise (21 November 1934 – 20 December 2020) was a German footballer and football manager. He was born in Gröben, Province of Saxony. He coached 1. FC Kaiserslautern, Eintracht Frankfurt, Fortuna Düsseldorf,[1] Germany (youth), Al-Ahly, Egypt and Liechtenstein.[2][3]
His playing career lasted from 1950 to 1964. His managing career lasted from 1969 to 1996.
Weise died on 20 December 2020 in Heilbronn, Germany at the age of 86.[4]
