Discrimination against transgender men

Transgender men are men who were assigned female at birth, and now live as men.

Discrimination against transgender men includes, but is not limited to:

  • Not allowing a transgender man to use the male bathroom, regardless of whether they "pass" or not.
  • Treating transgender men as different from cisgender men in an unnecessary context - for example, in day-to-day life, where being transgender has no relevance.
