Darrell Caldwell (December 1, 1993 – December 19, 2021), known professionally as Drakeo the Ruler, was an American rapper. He was known for his rap flow and "poetic" word choices.[3] He was seen as one of the best rap artists from Los Angeles.[2]
His fourth mixtape, Cold Devil, has been streamed over 10 million times.[4]
Caldwell was stabbed while trying to break up a fight at a Los Angeles concert on December 18, 2021.[5] He was pronounced dead a few hours later on December 19 at the age of 28.[6][7]
