Elissa Blair Slotkin (born July 10, 1976) is an American politician. She is the junior United States Senator from Michigan since 2025. She was a U.S. Representative from 2019 to 2025.[1] Slotkin is a member of the Democratic Party.

She was a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) analyst during the Barack Obama presidency.

In February 2023, Slotkin announced her decision to run for the U.S. Senate in 2024.[2] She won the election in November 2024, beating former Republican congressman Mike Rogers.[3]
