Erin Babcock

Erin Babcock (June 6, 1981 – April 25, 2020) was a Canadian nurse and politician. She was elected in the 2015 Alberta general election to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the electoral district of Stony Plain.[1][2] Her term ended on April 16, 2019. Babcock was a member of the Alberta New Democratic Party.

Babcock was diagnosed with uterine cancer in May 2018.[3] She died from the disease in Edmonton on April 25, 2020 at the age of 38.[4][5]
