Fallout: New Vegas is a role-playing video game. It was made by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda Softworks. It was made after Fallout 3 and is very similar to it, but it is a sequel to Fallout 2 (because Fallout 3 started a new story). This is because some of the employees at Obsidian Entertainment used to work at Interplay Productions and Black Isle Studios, the companies that made Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. It takes place in Nevada 204 years after a nuclear war destroyed most of the Earth.

The game was released on October 19, 2010, in North America, on October 22, 2010 in Europe, on November 4, 2010, in Asia, and on October 21, 2010 Australia. It can be played on a computer, Xbox 360, or PlayStation 3.
