Giorgi "Gigi" Ugulava (Georgian: გიგი უგულავა; born 15 August 1975) is a Georgian politician. He was Mayor of Tbilisi (2005–2013). He was one of the leader of the United National Movement (UNM) party. Since 2017 he is one of the leaders of European Georgia.
