The Hanteng X7 is a mid-size crossover utility vehicle made by Hanteng Autos from 2016 to 2021.
History and Features
[change | change source]The Hanteng X7 was launched in 2016 its the first ever vehicle from Hanteng.[1] it has a 1.5 and 2.0liter both turbo gasoline engines that are sourced from Mitsubishi made in the Chinese market by the Shenyang-Mitsubishi engine-making joint venture.[2] with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed DCT transmission.
It had a sportier version called Hanteng X7S and a Plug-in hybrid version called Hanteng X7 PHEV launched at the Guangzhou Auto Show in 2017 these two versions to differ from the standard version have redesigned front bumpers.
Markets
[change | change source]The Hanteng X7 was sold mainly in the Chinese Market during its entire production and was also made and sold locally in Iran.
Discontinuation
[change | change source]The production of the Hanteng X7 ended in 2021 and was discontinued without sucessor.
