Haute-Ajoie is a municipality in the district of Porrentruy in the canton of Jura in Switzerland.
On 1 January 2009, the former municipalities of Chevenez, Damvant, Réclère and Roche-d'Or merged into the new municipality of Haute-Ajoie. On 1 January 2018, the former municipality of Rocourt merged into the municipality of Haute-Ajoie.
