Hilkka Hakola (23 February 1934 - 29 November 2022) was a Finnish female basketball player.

Hakola was a member of the Finland women's national basketball team from 1952 to 1956. With the national team, she competed at EuroBasket Women 1952 and EuroBasket Women 1956. She became 1956 Finnish Basketball Player of the Year. She was induced in the Finnish Basketball Hall of Fame in 2012.[1][2]
