Horacio Guarany

Eraclio Catalin Rodríguez Cereijo (15 May 1925 – 13 January 2017), better known as Horacio Guarany, was an Argentine singer, musician and writer. He was called one of the most important Argentine folklore singers. He won a Platinum Konex Award in 1985. He began his career in the 1940s. He released around 57 solo albums. He was signed with the record labels Philips and EMI. He was born in Las Garzas, Santa Fe Province.

Guarany died from a cardiac arrest on 13 January 2017 in Luján, Buenos Aires Province. He was 91.[1]
