Jeannette Marie Schmidt (born November 29, 1951) is a former U.S. Representative for Ohio's 2nd congressional district, serving from 2005 to 2013. She is a member of the Republican Party.

On March 6, 2012, Schmidt was defeated for re-election in the GOP primary by Brad Wenstrup.[1]
