John Coleman (October 15, 1934 – January 20, 2018) is an American TV weatherman and co-founder of The Weather Channel.[1][2] He retired from broadcasting after nearly 61 years, working the last twenty at KUSI-TV in San Diego.[2][3]

Coleman died in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 20, 2018 at the age of 83.[4]
