Kübler-Ross model

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Elisabeth Kübler-Ross (July 8, 1926 – August 24, 2004) was a Swiss-American psychiatrist.
The Kübler-Ross model, or the five stages of grief, is a theory about the feelings of people who are dying. The five stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.[1]

The five stages came from Elisabeth Kübler-Ross' 1969 book On Death and Dying.[2]
