Kite Man

Kite Man (Charles "Chuck" Brown) is a fictional supervillain appearing in comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as an adversary of the superhero Batman. The character first appeared in Batman #133 (August 1960), and was created by writer Bill Finger and artist Dick Sprang.[1]

Brown is a man who armed himself who uses kite-based weapons to commit crimes. The character has been generally seen as a joke because of his lack of super-powers and dumb personality.[2][3]

Powers and abilities

Kite Man does not have any natural superpowers but possesses abilities via his Kite Man suit and weaponry. He uses a jet-powered hang glider to aid in his escapes from authorities. His kites also contain flash bulbs and nets that he uses to fight his enemies. Kite Man is also skilled in aerodynamics and mechanics.

He appeared as a regular character in the adult animated series Harley Quinn, where he is voiced by Matt Oberg.
