Kobe beef is a type of Wagyu beef. It comes from Japanese Black cattle raised in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The beef is rare, and is known for its taste and texture.

Experts consider Kobe beef to be some of the best beef in the world. It is very expensive. Kobe beef must be made from Tajima cattle, a type of Japanese Black cattle.[1]
