Leonard T. Connors, Jr. (April 11, 1929 – December 4, 2016) was an American politician. He was a member of the Republican Party. Connors was born in Jersey City, New Jersey.

He served in the New Jersey State Senate from 1982 to 2008. He represented the 9th Legislative District. Previously he served on the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders from 1977 to 1982, and was the Mayor of Surf City, New Jersey from 1966 to 2015.[1]

Connors died on December 4, 2016, at the age of 87 at his home in Seacrest nursing home.[2]
