Levon Aram Altounian (Arabic: ليون ارام التونيان; Armenian: Լեւոն Արամ Ալթունեան; 15 February 1936 – 6 September 2020) was a Lebanese footballer. He played as a winger or midfielder. He was born in Beirut.

Altounian played his whole club career at Homenetmen between 1952 and 1973. He also played for the national team from 1954 to 1963.

On 6 September 2020, Altounian died at a hospital in Roumieh, Lebanon at the age of 84.[1]
