Maboké

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Maboké is a food in the Central African Republic. It is a fish dish, with roasted spices, wrapped in cassava or banana leaf.[1] It is also eaten in other parts of Africa,[2][3] like the Democratic Republic of the Congo which uses many species of tropical fish from the Congo River.[1] It is sometimes served with fried plantains and rice.
