María Clemencia "Tutina" Rodríguez de Santos (née Rodríguez Múnera, born 13 November 1955[1]) is the wife of the 32nd President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos. She was the First Lady of Colombia from August 2010 until August 2018.

She was seen as a fashion icons in Colombia when she was first lady.[2]
