Mark Beech (writer)

Mark Beech FRSA (1959 – 24 April 2020) was a British author, journalist and broadcaster. He was best known for his two books on the origins of names in rock music,[1][2] and for his columns about music and the arts.[3]

Beech was the editor of DANTE magazine. A fellow of the UK Royal Society of Arts.[4]

He died in Edinburgh of heart disease on 24 April 2020, aged 60.[5]
