Martina Altenberger is Paralympic alpine skier from Austria. She competed for Austria in the 1988 Winter Paralympics in Innsbruck and won three gold medals.[1]

She took part in the 1986 World Disabled Ski Championships.[2]

At the 1988 Winter Paralympics in Innsbruck, she competed in the LW6/8 category and won three gold medals:

  1. Giant Slalom: She finished with a time of 1:45.59, ahead of American Kathy Pitcher, who won silver, and Polish skier Eszbieta Dadok, who won bronze.[3]

2. Slalom: She finished with a time of 1:15.63, ahead of Gunilla Ahren (1:19.09) and Eszbieta Dadok (1:37.46).[4]

3. Downhill: She finished with a time of 1:13.87, ahead of Nancy Gustafson (1:14.51) and Gunilla Ahren (1:17.64).[5]

She trained with Skiclub Niedernsill.[6]
