Metroid Prime 4: Beyond

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is an upcoming first person action-adventure game. It will be made by Retro Studios and published by Nintendo. It will be made for the Nintendo Switch game console. It was shown at E3 2017. It was thought that the game would be made by Bandai Namco Studios. In January 2019, Nintendo said that Bandai Namco had stopped making the game. They also said that Retro Studios would be making the game instead. Retro Studios were the makers of the other Metroid Prime games. Kensuke Tanabe, who worked on all of the other Prime games, became the producer. A Nintendo Direct in June 2024 showed lots of information about the game. Gameplay and the 2025 release date were both shown. The subtitle of Beyond was also shown.
